वाराणसीः विगत कुछ रोज पहले सनबीम स्कूल (लहरतारा) ब्रान्च में कक्षा तीन की छात्रा के साथ हुई बलात्कार की घटना के खिलाफ अपनी मांगों को।लेकर ऐपवा का 5 सदस्यीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल आज कमिश्नर से मिला और उन्हें अपनी मांगों और सुझावों के साथ ज्ञापन भी दिया। ऐपवा की जिला सचिव स्मिता बागड़े ने कहा कि ऐपवा पीड़ित परिवार के साथ सम्वेदना व्यक्त करती है। उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूल प्रबन्धन अभिभावकों से लंबी चौड़ी रकम वसूल रहा है लेकिन हमारी बच्चों की सुरक्षा तक मुहैय्या नहीं करा पा रहा है। ऐपवा राज्य सचिव कुसुम वर्मा ने कहा कि भाजपा बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ की बात करती है लेकिन हाथरस से लेकर प्रयागराज, बनारस तक की क़ई घटनाओ से तो लगता है कि यह कहना पढ़ रहा है कि जिंदा बचेगी बेटी तभी तो पढ़ेगी बेटी। बनारस में नामचीन सनबीम स्कूल की 9 साल की छात्रा के साथ बलात्कार क़ई घटना दिल दहला देने वाली है। न्याय व्यवस्था सभी के लिए एक बराबर होनी चाहिये। सनबीम मामले में सफाईकर्मी बलात्कारी को तो गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है लेकिन हम जानते है कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा की सीधे तौर पर जिम्मेदार स्कूल प्रबन्धन पर अब तक स्कूल प्रबंधन पर कोई भी कार्रवाई क्यों नही की गई है?
कुसुम वर्मा ने कहा कि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो इसके लिए स्कूल प्रबंधन, अभिवावक, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और नागरिक समाज के प्रतिनिधियों की एक कमेटी का गठन किया जाए । जिसकी जानकारी जिलाधिकारी को होनी चाहिए और इस कमेटी को यह भी अधिकार हो कि वह कभी भी स्कूल का औचक निरिक्षण कर अपनी रिपोर्ट जिलाधिकारी को दे सकता हो। जिलाधिकारी को भी इस कमेटी के साथ बैठना होगा और एक समय के अन्तराल में कमेटी के सदस्यों का नवीनीकरण भी किया जाना चाहिये। उन्होंने यह भी कहा किजिस तरह से किरायदारों के लिए आजकल पुलिस वेरीफिकेशन अनिवार्य है ठीक वैसे ही स्कूलों को अपने प्रत्येक कर्मचारियों का पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन रिकार्ड तैयार करना चाहिए जिसकी जानकारी जिलाधिकारी के पास अनिर्वाय रूप से भेजनी होगी। ऐपवा जिला अध्यक्ष सुतापा गुप्ता ने कहा कि घर और समाज में सुरक्षित जिंदगी जीना हर लड़की का अधिकार है। आज यदि लड़कियों की शिक्षा को जरूरी माना जा रहा है तो हमारी सरकारों और प्रशासन को उनकी सुरक्षा के सवाल को भी गहराई से सोचना होगा। सुतपा गुप्ता ने कहा कि
जिलाधिकारी अपनी मॉनीटिरिंग में शहर के सभी स्कूलों को -बच्चो के लिए कैसे (विशेषकर लड़कियो के लिए) सुरक्षित बनाया जाए विषय ओर प्रत्येक स्कूलों में कार्यशालाओं का संचालन अनिवार्य शर्त के रूप में करना चाहिए। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में ऐपवा जिलाउपाध्यक्ष विभा प्रभाकर, विभा वाही भी शामिल रहे।
