दिनांक 11.05.2021 को बिहार की राजनीति में एक लम्बी लक़ीर खींच गई। अपने अतीत से सबक लेकर वर्तमान को सुधारते हुए जनसेवा का रास्ता चुनकर पूर्व सांसद व जन अधिकार पार्टी प्रमुख श्री राजेश रंजन उर्फ पप्पू यादव ने अपनी लोकप्रियता कायम करने में सफल रहा। पिछले कई सालों से पप्पू यादव ने जिस प्रकार बिहारियों के बीच अपने को एक सेवक के रूप में पेश किया है, वह काबिल-ऐ-तारीफ है। तन-मन-धन के साथ सेवा करने की उनकी सक्रियता पूरे देश में सराही जाने लगी है।

किसी व्यक्ति या नेता के लोकप्रियता का आधार सिर्फ चुनावी जनमत नहीं होना चाहिए। मतदाता मतदान करते समय पार्टी आधार पर या फिर जात-धर्म के आधार पर मुड़ जाते हैं, हिन्दी प्रदेशों में तो विशेष रूप से। भारतीय लोकतंत्र के इतिहास में बड़े से बड़े दिग्गज व लोकप्रिय व्यक्ति भी चुनाव हारे हैं, इसका एक नहीं बल्कि कई उदाहरण हैं। इसलिए पिछले चुनावों में मिले वोट या चुनाव परिणाम के आधार पर पप्पू यादव के जनसेवा व लोकप्रियता का मूल्यांकन करना मूर्खतापूर्ण होगा।

दिनांक 07.05.2021 (शुक्रवार) पप्पू यादव सीवान से दो बार विधायक और चार बार सांसद रहे डॉ शहाबुद्दीन के परिवार से मिलने व दुःख बाँटने सीवान के प्रतापपुर पहुँचे थे। वहाँ से लौटते वक्त किसी के द्वारा सूचना देने पर वे अमनौर पहुंचे, जहाँ कि भाजपा सांसद राजीव प्रताप रूडी के सांसद निधि से खरीदी गई दर्जनों एम्बुलेंस ढँक कर खड़ी की गई थीं। पप्पू यादव ने उन्हें उघारते हुए सांसद महोदय और बिहार सरकार से सवाल किया कि एक तरफ लोग एम्बुलेंस के अभाव में दम तोड़ रहे हैं औए दूसरी ओर यहाँ इतनी सारी एम्बुलेंसों को ढँककर क्यों रखा गया है। आगे उन्होंने आग्रह भी किया कि इस दुःख की घड़ी में जनता की मदद के लिए इन्हें अविलंब चलवाया जाए।

यह खबर राजीव प्रताप रूडी के कान में पड़ी तो वो बनबना गये और बौखलाहट में लाइव आकर कहे कि एम्बुलेंस ड्राइवर के अभाव में खड़ी हैं। उन्होंने पप्पू यादव को चुनौती देते हुए कहा कि आप ड्राइवर खोजकर लाइए और एम्बुलेंस चलवाइये। जनसेवा में माहिर पप्पू यादव ने बिना देर किए ही, अगले दिन लाइसेंस धारी चालकों की फौज खड़ी करते हुए मीडिया के सामने एक प्रकार से परेड करा दिया। इसके बाद तो सांसद महोदय पानी-पानी हो गए और हर तरफ उनकी किरकिरी होने लगी।

पप्पू यादव ने भले ही एम्बुलेंस को उघारा हो लेकिन नंगा छपरा सांसद राजीव प्रताप रूडी, भाजपा के लोग एवं बिहार सरकार हुई। सांसद महोदय और भाजपा के लोग नंगा होने बाद नंगई पर उतर आये और इसमें बढ़-चढ़ कर साथ दिए अनुकंपा के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार जी, जो कि बिल्कुल निसहाय स्थिति में हैं और फिलहाल भाजपा की काँख में हाँफ रहे हैं।

74 विधायकों वाली भाजपा 43 विधायकों वाले मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार पर दबाव बनाकर तत्काल स्थानीय थाना में पप्पू यादव के खिलाफ झूठे मुकदमे दायर करवाये गये और अगले दिन अमनौर के भाजपा विधायक पप्पू यादव के गिरफ्तारी की मांग करने लगे। मतलब उल्टे चोर कोतवाल को डाँटने लगे या यों कहें कि भाजपा सांसद ने चोरी भी की और सीनाजोरी भी। वास्तव में एफआईआर राजीव प्रताप रूडी के खिलाफ होनी चाहिए थी और गिरफ्तार करके कानूनी कार्यवाई भी उनके खिलाफ होनी चाहिए थी, लेकिन उनपर कैसे हो, वे तो पटना से दिल्ली तक सत्ता पर काबिज हैं।

खैर, कल दिनांक 11.05.2021 को नीतीश सरकार की पुलिस प्रशासन आनन-फानन में पप्पू यादव को उनके आवास से गिरफ्तार कर ली। गिरफ्तारी की सूचना मिलते ही जनता आक्रोशित हो गई। पूरे देश से बुद्धिजीवी, समाजसेवी, कई दल के नेता, युवा, छात्र एवं नीतीश सरकार के मंत्री आदि इस गिरफ्तारी का मुखर विरोध करते हुए नीतीश कुमार की कड़ी निंदा करने लगे। सोशल मीडिया में #ReleasePappuYadav ट्रेंड करने लगा। यह आक्रोश सिर्फ गिरफ्तारी के कारण या नीतीश सरकार की तानाशाही के कारण नहीं था, बल्कि वर्षों से लोगों के बीच सक्रियता के साथ पप्पू यादव का सेवा था। वास्तव में यह पप्पू यादव की गिरफ्तारी नहीं बल्कि नीतीश कुमार का भाजपा के समक्ष समर्पण था।

गाँधी मैदान थाना में 5-6 घण्टे तक पप्पू यादव को बैठाकर पुलिस पूरे बिहार से उनके खिलाफ मुकदमे खोजती रही और इसी बीच नीतीश सरकार को 32 साल पूर्व का मामला हाँथ लगा, जो कि उनके गृहजनपद मधेपुरा से सम्बंधित था। बहरहाल, जनसैलाब के बीच डूबती नीतीश सरकार को तिनके का सहारा मिला और उन्हें तुरंत पुलिस की गाड़ी में मधेपुरा भेज दिया गया। इतने देर में पप्पू यादव के चहेते सड़कों पर निकलने लगे थे और नीतीश कुमार के लॉक डाउन की हवा निकलने लगी थी, खैर।

पप्पू यादव जेल जाते-जाते राजद के लोकप्रिय युवा नेता श्री तेजस्वी यादव से आग्रह किया कि वह इस अन्याय के खिलाफ सड़क पर उतरें। यह किस कारण और किस रूप में उनका अपील था यह तो वही बता पाएंगे लेकिन इस अपील को अलग तरीके से लिया गया जो कि मुझे नागवार गुजरा।

कल से कई लोग टिप्पणी कर रहे हैं कि यह सब ड्रामा है और राजद को कमजोर करने के लिए भाजपा द्वारा स्क्रिप्ट तैयार किया गया है। कुछ लोग हमें सुझाव दे रहे हैं कि आपलोग पप्पू यादव का समर्थन मत कीजिए, वरना उनका कद बढ़ जाएगा और तेजस्वी का कद घट जाएगा, जिससे अगले चुनाव में भाजपा के लिए मददगार साबित होगा। ये बातें मेरे गले नहीं उतरतीं। आखिर किसी एक का कद बढ़ने से दूसरे का कद घट कैसे जाएगा? जो है वो तो रहेगा ही, हाँ यह बात सही ही कि सामने वाले का कद कुछ बड़ा दिखने लगेगा । तो क्या किसी का कद बढ़ रहा हो तो उसका पाँव काटकर छोटा करना उचित है या अपने कद को बढ़ाने की कसरत करनी चाहिए है। हम यदि सामाजिक न्याय और लोकतंत्र के लिए लड़ते हैं तो आज भी बोलना होगा। जब जनभावना पप्पू यादव के साथ है, तब तो और ही बोलना चाहिए, वरना जनभावना सरकार की बजाय आप से ही सवाल करने लगेगी। यदि यह एक ड्रामा होगा और सब षड्यंत्र के तहत हो रहा होगा तो इसका पर्दाफाश होने ही सारी लोकप्रियता बालू के ढेर सा ढह जाएगा।

हर नेता को समझना चाहिए कि वक्त के साथ जनता अपना नेता ढूंढ लेती है। पप्पू यादव की गिरफ्तारी से आदरणीय लालू यादव के मुकदमे को समझने में मुझे सहूलियत मिल रही है, क्योंकि चारा घोटाला के असली दोषी जगरनाथ मिश्रा थे, लेकिन उन्हें बेल और लालू जी को जेल मिला । विदित हो कि दोनों बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रहे हैं। इसी तरह एम्बुलेंस चोर सांसद का सरकार अभिवादन कर रही है और उसका खुलासा करने वाले जनसेवक की गिरफ्तारी।

मैं बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार जी से आग्रह करता हूँ कि कृपा करके आज हेलीकॉप्टर से भाजपा सांसद राजीव प्रताप रूडी के ऊपर पुष्पवर्षा करवाया जाए, क्योंकि उन्होंने दर्जनों एम्बुलेंस छुपा कर रखा और कुछ एम्बुलेंस में बालू लदवाकर कर महान काम किया है।
